CHECK-IN Please check-in at the office upon arrival.
PARKING Park in guest lots only, except while unloading or loading vehicles.
DORM LEADERSHIP An adult must stay in each dorm room.
FIRST-AID Each group must bring their own first-aid kit and have a designated first-aid coordinator.
PHONE Phone usage in the camp office is available under adult supervision.
FOOD & DRINKS Please no candy, gum, pop, or snacks in dorm rooms or the gym, these are only allowed in the dining hall and meeting rooms.
GYMNASIUM Wear clean sneakers only, no food or drinks in gym please, gym closes at 1 a.m.
LAKE & RIVER All lake and river activities must be supervised by an adult.
TUBE HILL All tubing activities must be supervised by an adult.
CURFEW Everyone must be in the lodges by 1 a.m.
LITTERING No littering please, lodges and grounds must be clean upon departure or deposit forfeiture will result.
PROPERTY DAMAGE Irresponsible damage to camp property will result in deposit forfeiture and possible additional charges.
PRIVATE PROPERTY Please keep off private property surrounding the camp property.
SWEARING Foul language is not acceptable on camp property.
TOBACCO, ALCOHOL, DRUGS & WEAPONS No smoking, chewing, drinking, non-prescription drugs, or weapons are allowed on camp property.
PRESCRIPTIONS All prescription medicines must be in the care of an adult.
PETS Please do not bring your personal pets along on the retreat.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS Fire extinguisher fines: $35 for unnecessary discharge, $10 for unnecessary removal.
AIR-SOFT GUNS unless it has been a pre-approved activity by the Program Coordinator of Dickson Valley Camp, these are not allowed at camp. There are NEVER allowed to be used in buildings and will be confiscated by DVC Staff if that happens.
LOST & FOUND clothing is kept for a month before being donated to Good-Will. Electronics and film are saved for two months after retreat / camp. If you call after that time frame it is guaranteed that Dickson Valley will not have it any more. We do NOT mail lost & found.
