Acorn Lodge serves as Dickson Valley's secluded retreat lodge for adults.

Setting



Acorn Lodge is set among 42 acres of beautiful oak woods complete with meandering creek and an abundance of wildlife. The property is set apart from the main area of camp to reduce distractions but through the main trail system, all the main camp activity areas are easily within walking distance.

Facilities



Entering the front door you are immediately welcomed into the center piece of the interior of Acorn Lodge. The main meeting room is a sunken living room style with oak parkuet flooring, mahogany paneling, and a large stone fireplace. Extending from the central room are two bedroom wings having seven bedrooms with a total of 18 beds. The beds are twin sized with only two or three in a room. Groups have the option of having Dickson Valley provide linens or providing bedding themselves. A kitchen is also provided to give groups the choice of doing their own cooking or having Dickson Valley provide the food at the camp's main dining hall.
