Our mission is to support the ministry of local churches and help bring youth and adults toward a strong and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We do this by providing them with a unique outdoor program setting and sharing our love for the Lord. We are a non-profit Christian camp and retreat center.
Located 60 miles west of Chicago, Dickson Valley's 150 acres of wooded land along the banks of the lower Fox River, is easily accessible to all the greater Chicagoland area. We are privileged to serve groups from different parts of the state with some individuals traveling from all over the country to attend camps or retreats.

Staff Qualifications:

• - a love for the Lord and a commitment to wholehearted obedience of His teachings
  
• - a love of kids and a desire to see lives changed through their time with us
  
• - agreement with Dickson Valley's Statement of Faith
  
• - a servant's heart, positive attitude and a willingness to cooperate in whatever capacity necessary
  
• - good health, able to do physically challenging work

SOME POSITIONS REQUIRE SPECIALIZED PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Schedule:

The summer positions are live on site positions, with housing being part of the compensation. During summer months these positions would have a six day work week, working saturdays. The part-time host position would be every other weekend with the choice to work every weekend, staying on the grounds for the weekends you are the main host.
